A complete defective device is often sold for only a small amount. Many individual components can still be used as spare parts and may achieve a considerably higher total sales value. Myeparts handles the work required for this process.
A simple calculation example
A defective automatic coffee machine might achieve only about 40 euros when sold as a complete device. If its reusable parts generate a total sales value of approximately 500 euros, your share after deducting our 55 percent commission would be 225 euros.
This is an example only. Actual proceeds depend on the device, its condition, the reusable parts and customer demand.
How it works
- Offer the device through your Myeparts account and describe its model and condition as accurately as possible.
- If we accept the device, send it to the delivery address stored with the order and enter the tracking number.
- Our employee receives and checks the device, then dismantles it professionally.
- The reusable components are cleaned, photographed and offered individually in our shop and, where appropriate, on eBay.
- After a spare part is sold, your share is credited to your customer account after deducting our commission.
- You can request payment of your available balance by bank transfer or PayPal.
This includes inspection, dismantling, cleaning, photography, listing, storage, customer service and shipping. Your share is 45 percent of the sales proceeds.
