Myeparts shares and the spare-parts cycle

No new Myeparts shares are currently being issued. The existing share system continues independently: part of the proceeds is distributed and part is reinvested in devices and spare-parts inventory.

No new shares are currently being issuedMyeparts does not sell any additional shares at present. Existing shares remain within the established system and may be traded between members.

How the existing cycle works

The capital already present in the system is used to acquire suitable defective or used electronic devices. Reusable components are recovered and offered individually as spare parts.

1Acquire devicesSuitable used or defective devices are acquired for spare-parts recovery.
2Recover spare partsThe devices are inspected and dismantled. Reusable parts are processed and offered for sale.
3Continue the cycleSales proceeds are divided between distributions and reinvestment according to the existing 50/50 model.

The 50/50 model

Proceeds generated through the share system
50%allocated to distributions through the issued shares
50%reinvested in devices and spare-parts inventory
A simple example

If the existing share system generates proceeds of 120 euros from spare-part sales, 60 euros are allocated to distributions and 60 euros are used to acquire further devices or inventory. The exact amount distributed per share depends on the total distribution and the number of issued shares.

This example does not constitute a guarantee. Sales and distributions depend on available devices, processing time, usable components and customer demand.

Trading existing shares

Because no new shares are currently issued, shares can only be obtained from another member through the internal share trading system. The price is agreed or determined through trading between the participating members. Myeparts itself does not repurchase issued shares.

Binding rules

  1. Myeparts does not repurchase issued shares because the corresponding funds have already been used to acquire goods such as electronic devices. The shares therefore do not represent a direct cash claim against Myeparts.
  2. Members do not acquire ownership of the shares. The shares remain the property of Myeparts and constitute a transferable loan that may be traded within the system.
  3. Every member is required to trade honestly. Offers or actions that violate accepted standards or the rights of third parties, particularly copyrights, are not permitted.
Important: The sale of spare parts takes time. Revenue and distributions may vary and are not guaranteed. Results depend on factors such as inventory, condition, processing capacity and customer demand.
